Here is Haylee on her last day of kindergarten. Still hard to believe it and so much has changed in the past year as far as her growing up and maturing it's hard to think she is the same Haylee. :) We are so proud of her and look forward to 1st grade and what it has in store for her.
Her class sang a farewell song (i cried) for the parents.
We had a great year with outstanding report cards and such a great excitement to learn. She amazes us with her little noggin and we are really looking forward to seeing where it will take her.
Hannah and Maddie on the last day.
Grandma got to be there for that. :)
SO.....school got out and we had our 1st taste of summer time fun with Grandma and the Smith family! :) Wendy has Ben off on a scout camp adventure so she decided to take her own and make the drive up to see us for a week. We had a ball and the kids played and played!!!! That is the hard thing about people leaving is they take our "stay-in" friends. :(
These two were the cutest things ever and had a ball together, the last couple days it got a bit hairy but he misses her I know it. ;) We met up at the Seattle zoo and took the day to play and break up the girls' long trip.
Giant earth worms were a big hit......
Kind of a joke trying to get them all at once.
Gavin moves a little farther each time wondering what he's got himself into....."where's Jackson?" :)
Clearly he is "girled OUT"....time to go!!!
The rest of the week we did movies, bbq's, parks, quilts, bikes, and just played.
The girls got creative with their sushi making skills. ;)
Thank goodness for decent weather so they could do some water fun!
They remind me of a little old married couple.....loving each other one minute then cranky with each other the next.
Don't forget the booty shake.
The best part about this is she has no clue her bangs were doing this was wondering why we were all laughing and wanting to take pictures. ;) Love you Addie bug!
I love this picture. :)
We ventured out to eat a few times and tried our new favorite burger place 5 Guys Burgers.....YUM!
The little leg kicked up. ;)
We even had a "spa" day on the deck with refreshments and snacks and the finest pampering around.....aka Grandma!
As always though it went by way too fast and we had to say goodbye! :(
This makes it a little easier.....
"Thank you, thank you" for making the trip and spending a delighful week with us, what memories were made and fun was had. We love you girls and are glad you got home safe, hopefully we will be seeing you very soon! :)
Last but not least we had a daughter turn 8!!!!!! She wanted a Boise State cake and horse riding lessons. :) We are going to Silver Wood theme park as a family and that counts as the party this year so on the day of her birthday we said Chuck e cheese would be okay with just the family....(painless as possible please!!!)
