That my friends is where we decided to go this year for our weekend of thanks. :) We took the 5 hour drive down on Thursday and got there in perfect time to visit and get a tour of Paul and Whitneys new home before the chaos began. It was the whole family this year even Grandpa and Grandma Hebdon so it was very nice to see everyone and catch up a bit. The kids always have a ball and play hard which leaves all of us Moms with cranky kids for the next week while we all play catch up with routine and sleep! I didn't take pictures like I should of but maybe it's because I was actually RELAXING on vacation and didn't want to mess with it.
The few I did get are cute. Peyton and Gavin were not too sure about each other so they kind of avoided one another the whole time.....it's like they were confused as why there was another small person there.
Whenever the camera came out though so did this girls smiles. :)

Already making the girls cry....sheesh!

Ring around the rosie might help?
Still trying to figure her out.
He finally gave up.........
"Daddy wins, daddy wins" ;)
Wrestling seemed to be the theme of the weekend as well, everyone was feeling fiesty!!!
A little big?
We got to see a "potentail" house that may someday belong to a memeber of the family but it's not my news to tell.........so here we are just hanging out at that location. ;)
The kids loved it!

I would love it if I could really do this.
Great back yard too!
So after that we were on to an afternoon with out kids! (don't be jelous of the glasses folks you just have to have your own neices to be cool like me)
Ummm Wendy......you're driving!
So we teamed up for a little friendly competition with the girls......
versus guys......
The competition was on and the girls wanted ice cream for the win, the boys wanted.....well let's just say it wasn't ice cream. ;)

feelin' hot hot hot!

Oh a girl can dream right????
So can he. :)
Girls spanked em........and off to Dairy Queen we went. The look of satisfaction.
The rest of the weekend was fun too, I didn't even get any pictures of Thanksgiving dinner or even that day. Pauls turkey was amazing and then on Saturday he made with the left overs the BEST EVER turkey noodle soup! Man it was good.
The kids played pin the hat on the turkey.
Poor Jack was not happy about wearing the blind fold, Wendy started to put it on and he said "Hey guys I can't see!".........
more wrestling
Grace not too happy about having a picture at this moment....she can be a real treat sometimes.
Then they perked up a bit and this one turned out quite cute. All of the grandbabies together and happy!
more wrestling......
Mugz and Peyton in a stare down.
Saturday we did our family gift exchange and with that came a little white elephant action.
Fuzzy slippers.........5 bucks

A new belt buckle to the man club of some kind......2 bucks.
A calendar of Justin that you can hang and enjoy all year long..................PRICELESS!
These were a pretty sweet gift too, Ben made these by hand and will soon be starting his own Etsy store so save your pennies......literally, he uses his old recycled undies so they must sell for pretty cheap.
lucky lady to score the first pair. ;)
Aunt Whitney made all the girls tutus.
Grandpa then showed them all a few moves, why I didn't have him in this picture I don't know.
Grandpa Hebdon sat and showed Whitney some fun ways to use her new sewing machine.....okay so all of us learned some new things.
She's a natural.
The weekend was very relaxing and fun, Paul and Whitney "thank you" so much for letting us come and spend it with you. We love your new home and are very happy for you guys. Everyone else thank you for making the trips back and forth so we could spend that time. Love you!
For Bonnie.......thank you for the massages, we are so happy you are going to school and have found something that you love to do. You do a fabulous job! :)
