Jen and Aaron get married!!

What an amazing weekend we had celebrating Jen and Aaron's wedding.  It was a much needed break for all of us before we headed into the scary world of cancer and transplant.  Jen and Aaron are such a sweet couple and we were all so excited for her to find someone that not only was good for her but for Jackson.  I have a lot of pictures so I will save the words........

 

Day before wedding getting nails done and Jen all prettied up. :)  (Whitney was not in town yet or she would have been there too.)

 

 In the brides room getting a little help from the short people. ;)  They loved being a part of Aunt Jen's special day and I am so glad we have the memories and will remember this forever.

 

Jackson was so sweet and took his job very seriously!  The rehearsal night he got all choked up and was so sweet to watch him with his Mom who he is so protective and proud of.  He has been the man of the house his whole life so this will be a big change.

I love this sister of mine.  She is one of my most favorite people in the world and she looked absolutely stunning!!!

Before walking we were back getting all the kids corralled and it was quite the job I tell you. ;)

 

 

The four flower girls were the smallest of the nieces and they looked so cute. Aaron has two nephews that walked with Gavin as the ring bearers.

 

 

 

Mike was choked up too the whole weekend and literally had just been in the ER hours before with a high fever which was super scary.  That whole day you would never have known it though he was the happiest, proudest Dad/Grandpa there was. :)  Nothing would keep him from walking her down that aisle.

The deal was sealed and it was off for family pictures.......

 

The big girls got the jobs of manning the food, guest table and kids tables.  Jen wanted a fall feel but nothing too hokey and harvest like.  I thought it turned out perfect.

 

 

Her job was complete so it was time to enjoy.

 That is the day in a nut shell.  It was a beautiful October day and we really did have a blast!  There is never enough time to do all the things we want to do and before we knew it everyone had to say good bye.  Jen and Aaron were off on their cruise adventure, Mike and Bonnie off to Seattle and we all were back home to school and work. :(

 

 

 

Spending every last minute together.  We go the same way as Wendy and Ben until Pendleton so the cousins like to ride together.  These two (Gavin and Peyton) are the best of friends and have the sweetest relationship, they suck out every last drop of time. ;)

 

That was the last time we saw Mike and I cannot think of a better way to have spent our time together.
