We have been doing some fun music in the park when the weather is nice on a Saturday night. The kids dance their pa-tooties off and we have dinner on a picnic blanket and enjoy the free show. (Crazy drunk people dancing that is.....what, you thought I meant music???)
Hannah, Tracy and some of their friends are usually there with us too. This is the little girl Ella that Hannah nannies for. :)
Gavin was quite the little charmer.
Showing his moves.......
Made him quite thirsty.
Popular place to be.
Can't beat the view that's for sure, sometimes we pinch ourselves.......until we see house prices. ;)
A few weeks ago we headed into Seattle for the day to meet up with Justins long time friend Danny, his wife Becky, daughter Mckinley and son Gabe. It was fun to see them and I know Justin loved catching up and seeing him as a Dad. :) Although we picked one of the hottest days of the year to be wandering down town Seattle it was fun and the kids were all very good!
(Just had to post this)On the way down to Seattle Gavin was rubbing Hayee's knee and being so sweet with her.....he loves his Haylee. :)
We rode the train to Pikes market, the kids were all about front row seating. :)
We rode the carousel while waiting for our table at lunch.
Then the kids finally got what they were waiting for...........

A good cooling off and ending the day with 7-11 icees, YUM. ;) Fun day with fun people that we wish we lived closer to....."thanks for the fun day Coontz family, come back soon and please stay with us next time".........;)
Next on the summer count down was the fair...."oh how I love thee"......once a year we get to enjoy that dirt and cow pies between the toes, carnies toothless grins, greasy GREASY food, wholesome yummy fattening dairy products, and last but not least the great free entertainment. ;) Yes it is what the fair is made of and if you're not a fan "shame on you"! We had us a fine time and got the kids all excited about owning a farm.....hmm.....not sure why since that will happen when those big delicious pigs we saw are flying through the sky but I guess they think baby pigs, cute cuddly kittens, one hour old calves, and horses that don't want you to stop petting them make up farm life! I'm not sure they would handle a DAY on a real farm!
Calf sure was cute though.
